About Bakerzin Mooncakes

If you love an alcoholic mooncake, then Bakerzin has to be your first stop this Mid-Autumn Festival. Honouring the Moon Goddess of Immortality, the festival is also referred to as the Moon Festival taking place during the 8th lunar month each year and is celebrated with loved ones while sipping tea and eating mooncakes.

Bakerzin are known for perfecting classic mooncake flavours as well as breaking the mould and experimenting with contemporary ideas.

The Product Selection

Bakerzin’s selection of mooncakes is quite vast, showcasing a wide range of flavour combinations. They offer three different collections that are beautifully handcrafted with intriguing flavour combinations that will definitely up-level your Mid-Autumn Festival celebrations.

The Prestige Collection

The Prestige Collection is the one to try if you enjoy alcohol-based snow skin mooncakes. One of their all-time favourite mooncakes is the rich and smooth Butterscotch and Baileys Snow Skin Mooncake with a delicious truffle shell.

Another must-try from this collection is the Latte Kalua Snow Skin Mooncake, perfectly suited to any coffee lover. Other flavours include their Apple Vodka and a Coconut Liquor.

The Splendour Collection

If you are a durian lover, then the Splendour Collection should be your first choice. This collection of snow skin mooncakes is an indulgent selection of pastries made of pure Mao Shan Wang Durian. Here you will find only the best, premium grade durians in mooncake form.

The Royal Collection

The Royal Collection is a selection of traditional mooncakes and consists of Bakerzin’s Signature egg yolk blend baked mooncakes. They only make 1,000 boxes of this collection each year, so be sure to place your order early if you want to get your hands on one.

The Royal Collection box includes four mooncakes of local and floral flavours. These are a selection of Beetroot Gula Melaka Mooncake, a Pandan Mooncake, their Osmanthus Mooncake and the Charcoal Tangerine Red Bean Mooncake. Talk about packing in the flavours! Plus, it makes for a great gift for business associates and the in-laws.
