About Fullerton Mooncake
Honouring the Moon Goddess of Immortality each year during the Mid-Autumn Festival, people from Singapore, China, Malaysia, Indonesia, Taiwan, Vietnam and Philippines celebrate by moongazing while drinking tea and indulging in sweet mooncakes. Since the Fullerton Hotel celebrated their 90th anniversary in 2018, it is clear that they know what they are doing in the hospitality industry.
For the anniversary celebrations, some all-new mooncake are the perfect flavours to celebrate in style. The hotel is known as Mile Zero since it was always the point of reference when measuring road distances throughout Singapore. As a tribute to this, the hotel created a Milo Dinosaur Snow Skin Mooncake of silky-smooth milk lotus paste combined with crunchy Milo pops.
The Product Selection
In addition to the new Milo Dinosaur Snow Skin Mooncake, The Fullerton also created another new flavour for 2018: A Yuzu Snow Skin Mooncake with Chia Seeds a tangy and refreshing success for the hotel.
Year after year you can expect The Fullerton Hotel to wow their customers with firm favourites such as their Pandan with Gula Melaka Snow Skin Mooncake which is an aromatic blend of pandan and caramel-flavoured palm sugar.
Simply mouth-watering! Another favourite has got to be their smooth and salty-sweet White Lotus Paste with Single Yolk Snow Skin Mooncake.
