About Fullerton Mooncake

Honouring the Moon Goddess of Immortality each year during the Mid-Autumn Festival, people from Singapore, China, Malaysia, Indonesia, Taiwan, Vietnam and Philippines celebrate by moongazing while drinking tea and indulging in sweet mooncakes. Since the Fullerton Hotel celebrated their 90^th anniversary in 2018, it is clear that they know what they are doing in the hospitality industry.

For the anniversary celebrations, some all-new mooncake are the perfect flavours to celebrate in style. The hotel is known as Mile Zero since it was always the point of reference when measuring road distances throughout Singapore. As a tribute to this, the hotel created a Milo Dinosaur Snow Skin Mooncake of silky-smooth milk lotus paste combined with crunchy Milo pops.

The Product Selection

In addition to the new Milo Dinosaur Snow Skin Mooncake, The Fullerton also created another new flavour for 2018: A Yuzu Snow Skin Mooncake with Chia Seeds a tangy and refreshing success for the hotel.

Traditional Classic Baked Mooncakes

For those seeking a traditional mooncake come Mid-Autumn Festival, The Fullerton offers a range of traditional baked mooncakes that are sure to impress even the most serious of connoisseurs.

You can’t go wrong with a White Lotus Seed Paste Baked Mooncake with single or double yolks and The Fullerton has got this down-pat. Putting their own spin on tradition, the hotel also offers The Fullerton Golden Custard Mini Mooncake, a signature favourite combining a savoury salted egg yolk with a sweet custard wrapped in a light and buttery pastry.

For a little twist on the traditional mooncake, they also offer White Lotus Seed Paste Mooncakes with either Macadamia Nuts or Hazelnuts. These mooncakes are known for their perfectly golden, baked crusts, silky smooth lotus paste filling with the buttery and crunchy addition of the nuts.

Choose from their stunning red or pastel blue boxes with ornamental jade adorning the box together with oriental motifs, cherry blossoms and peacocks for a high-end luxurious feel. They also offer pull-out drawers for an added bonus that screams decadence.

Ordering Process

You can order your mooncakes from The Fullerton Hotel at their hotel lobby, directly at their Cake Boutique or online in their online store. You can then arrange for self-collection or delivery.

Delivery Information

Delivery times run seven days a week in two shifts from 10:00 to 14:00 and 14:00 to 18:00. Delivery costs S$70 per location within Singapore.

Pricing Information

There are two options for mooncake boxes: the Classic and the Premium. Classic boxes range from S$60 to S$63 for a box of four pieces. The Premium boxes cost S$73 for a 4-piece. The Fullerton 15 Treasure Premium Gift Set will set you back S$198.

Bulk discounts are available: receive 15% off for orders of 50-100 boxes, 20% off for orders of 101-300 boxes and a grand 25% for 301 boxes or more.
