We deliver CNY goodies across Singapore daily with two convenient time slots. For gifting and corporate deliveries, we strongly recommend choosing a slot where someone can receive the order.

Delivery timing is based on route planning. We cannot guarantee a precise arrival time within the chosen slot.

You will receive a confirmation message when your order is ready for collection.
Re-Delivery (Failed Delivery)
A failed delivery due to incorrect delivery details or no one available to receive the order will incur a $25 re-delivery fee.
To avoid re-delivery:

Double-check your delivery address and contact number

Ensure someone can receive the order during the selected slot
Important Notes: Delicate Goodies & Packaging
Our goodies are handmade with a melt-in-your-mouth texture. This also means they can be delicate.

Minor cracks or slight peeling are natural and do not qualify for refunds or replacements.

For broken bottles / seal issues / major damage, please take photos immediately at the time of delivery and contact us for review.
Damage Protection (Replacement Policy)
We will replace affected items at no cost if there is major damage during delivery and the issue is reported properly.
What qualifies as major damage:

Broken bottle or cracked container

Seal tampering or contents spilling

Severe crushing that makes the product unsuitable for gifting
What does not qualify:

Minor cracks, small chips, light peeling (natural for delicate, handmade bakes)
How to claim:

Send clear photos immediately upon delivery (same time window) for assessment.
Replacement timeline:

Standard: free replacement within 7 to 14 days

If you cannot wait: self-collect the replacement from our Singapore collection point
Order Changes, Cancellations & Refund Policy

Changes after confirmation are not allowed. Please place a new order.
Cancellations

Cancellations incur a 5% restocking fee

Cancellations within 3 days of delivery incur a 50% restocking fee + 5% merchant fee
